Pours clear topaz with a frothy parchment head. Aroma is not strong, but promises fresh malt with hints of apple and hay. Flavor delivers crisp fresh malt, woody hops and zesty apple. Texture offers decent body and lively fizz. Prost auf weitere hundert Jahre, Ayinger!

Reviewed the beer New Holland Dragon's Milk - White
Pours clear topaz with a thick snowy head. Aroma delivers bourbon, woody, fresh malt, coffee, vanilla and chocolate notes. Flavor provides a rich assembly of woody, vanilla, malty, chocolate, bourbon and subtle mild pepper tones, not what one would expect from a beer this color. Texture features peppy fizz and fair body. Milk the dragon!

Can from the brewery, forgotten in my cellar. Pours a clean, light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and creamy-foamy lacing. The smell is a nice balance of cereal malts and light spicy hops. Flavours are the same with a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. Quite a nice grisette that reminds me of Steam Whistle and Pilsner notes.

Drank some New Standard Original Lager
Wow! Was not expecting much here at 3.2% ABV, but this is a very nice Pilsner.

Can that pours a light yellow colour, pretty clean, with a big frothy white cap, lasting a while and leaving nice creamy lacing. The aromas are beautiful with the hops that give out some spiciness, grassiness and hints of coriander. The taste shows the same hop character. The mouthfeel is crisp. Is this really 3.2% ABV ?? Feels like a very good 5% Pilsner. Well done.

330ml brown bottle from the LCBO, written on front label 8.6% ABV and 55 IBU - with a best before date 2022/APR/08. Pours a hazy copper brown colour with light ruby highlights. The head is huge, fluffy-creamy, great retention and some nice creamy lacing. Aromas of roasted malts, oatmeal, with notes of chocolate and mild grassy hops. The mouthfeel get fairly dry in the end, with lots of bitterness lingering. The flavours are mostly hops over the very light roasted malts. A pretty decent Black IPA... from Belgium.

473ml can
4.6% ABV
Canned On: December 30, 2019
LCBO Outlet # 177 (Toronto, Ontario, Canada – Yonge / Sheppard
February 26, 2020
$2.90
The beer pours a translucent light gold colour with a generous bubbly off-white head that doesn’t stick around. Effervescence is high. Aroma is light citrus, strong grains, and herbal hops. Grassiest IPA I’ve had in years. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, citrusy hops, with a little spiciness in the finish. Definitely not bitter.
