Reviewed the beer Mikkeller Passion Pool
Pours a straw color with very fizzy head. Absolutely no foam left after a few minutes. The salt hits your tongue right off the bat, followed by a fruity sourness. Saltier than other goses I've had, but it works ok.

Pours opaque dark chocolate with a thick and fairly persistent tan head. Aroma features - where to begin? Roast malt, chocolate, rum, toasted coconut, coffee, nutty and molasses tones. Flavor provides all of the above, only fuller - and is that a hint of caramel, too? The nutty component is definitely hazelnut. Texture offers firm body and lively fizz with a rum, roast malt, chocolate and hazelnut finish. Milk the dragon!
