"Okay i have only had a few meads but this one i liked. Poured a plain gold color with strong honey and floral aroma, almost like honeysuckle. For the sweet aroma this ones flavor was not overly sweet very very good after dinner beer."

"Poured a golden clear color, no real head to speak of or lacing. The aroma was strong honey flower, light honey, some pears. The flavor was all honey with a nice subtle honey-wine kick, light fruits as well. This went GREAT with the poundcake served after dinner, a really nice treat, turned me back to meads for the right place and time. Enjoyable."

"I have no idea how to rate meads. Immensely floral aroma...honeysuckle flowers. Very flowery taste of honeysuckle. Not overly sweet...I prefer this to the sickly sweet Apis Japwidgeakaeeka (however you spell it), but I couldn't drink too much of this."
