A special collaboration brew by Karbach and Beerfoot.
Last Month Eric Warner came by Beerfoot and brewed a traditional Bavarian
Hefeweizen and this Friday it’s being tapped only at Beerfoot in Galveston.
This Hefewiezen was brewed in the traditional fashion by utilizing
the time consuming process known as decoction mashing. This process
lends a unique complexity and a slight caramelization to the beer.
Eric will be down and we’re gonna have quite a few Karbach beers on offer.
