Every once in a while one will end up with a Belgian bock only to find out it's not a true bock (leute for example), yet this is the real thing. A nice reddish pour, pretty clear, with a cream coloured cap. roasted malt, fruits, and yeast make up the aroma while the yeast and malt make up most of the taste. There is a sense of sourness in the finish that seems out of place.

Hazy brownish amber with a steady white foam. Yeasty nose with notes of nuts, caramel, apricot and souces. Dryish yeasty flavour of nuts, apricot and orange-peels. Dryish yeasty and spicy finish with oily grassy hops.

I drank this at the brewery. Red-brown color with a good amount of head. A lot of flavor in this this beer, with a little bit of dark fruits and a lot of sweet malt. I can't say I loved the flavor, but it was a pretty good beer.
