A hoppy, dry ale featuring a fantastic bouquet of Cascade hops in the nose. Deep gold in color with a tight, snow white head and pronounced hop flavor. Extensive 'dry hopping' imparts a strong hop aroma from the essential oils without imparting an excessive bitterness.

Tap at Calhoun’s - This one poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma contained some citrus and perfume. The flavor was somewhat bitter with some grapefruit and lemons. Overall a nice session pale ale.

This was a pretty averaged pale ale. A nioce clear gold pour, thin white bubbly head, and a strong hoppish aroma get this beer started. There is some grainy malt to balance the hops, but not a lot. The flavour is certainly more balanced than the aroma with a forward malty profile followed by a bitter hoppy finish.

Pours a pale clear yellow with a nice tight head and good lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of sweet, earthy malts with a decent hops balance. taste is smooth with a malty-hops balance and good crisp finish.
