This scotch ale pours with a dark red-brown /mohagony body topped by a medium thick head with some lacing. The aroma is sweet and malty with a little sour apple note and a hint of bitterness. The flavor is sweet and malty with a little roastiness and a slight bitterness. Full bided, smooth and a slight dry.
