Tasted at the 2004 Pizza Port Real Ale Festival. Dark orange gold color. Medium head. Aroma is fruity and hoppy. A medium bodied Imperial IPA Malts are very fruity and sweet. Hops are very aggressive, grapefruit, pine and citrus. Nicely balanced. Very fruity and very hoppy. Nice smooth taste. Soft carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

This IIPA pours with a slightly cloudy amber-orange body topped by a medium thick head with some lacing. The aroma is sweet, full of tropical fruit and hoppy with a slight piney note and a lot of malt. The flavor is sweet and malty to start, with nice tropical fruit notes and finishes with a strong piney, hoppy bitterness. Medium to full bodied, smooth and dry.
