Taps clear dark amber with a fair parchment head. Aroma yields crisp, sweet, tart apple plus fresh malt and a hint of hops. Flavor starts with a sharp alcohol bite and then delivers crisp apple, woody hops and sweetish malt. Texture presents good smooth body and lively, ragged fizz. Keep ‘em comin’ Eventide!
