Malts – roasted oats and chocolate rye from Valley Malt (Hadley MA) Coffee – Ethiopian Yrgacheffe Halo Bariti beans / medium roast (natural process, shade grown) from Sacred Grounds (Sherman CT). Bright blueberry aromatics, soft roasted character.
