Lock us up and throw away the key. Putting this many hops into a beer ought to be criminal. Call it wanton waste, negligence, what have you. We should be ashamed of ourselves. Ten different hops, over ten lbs per barrel. This beer should be illegal. In fact, don’t even buy it, or you will ben an accomplice to a criminal act. Just leave the rest for us. We know just how to get rid of the evidence.

    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

Pours hazy topaz with a thick and persistent parchment head. Aroma delivers resiny and slightly funky hops, tangy and slightly sweet orange and grapefruit, raw malt. (If I can smell all that, I ain't got COVID-19!) Flavor offers piney, funky hops, somewhat bitter, plus zesty orange, raw malt and a bit of tart grapefruit. Texture yields firm body, lively fizz, and a citrus and hoppy finish. Criminally good!
