Batch 300 (on our 20bbl system), brewed with Pale Ale, white wheat, flaked wheat and dextrine. We used a special pure hop called incognito Mosaic, a flowable 40% alpha acid!, added to our whirlpool. Dry-hopped at over 5.5 lb/bbl with Galaxy, Sultana and El Dorado. Citrus aromatic, fruity, soft, and delicious.
