We took the same great malt base of Sophistry 02 and hit it with a massive amount of Citra and Mosaic Lupulin Powder in our custom whirlpool. Just for fun, we hit this beer with an astronomical amount of Galaxy and Kohatu, along with a big shot of more Citra just because we can. Huge notes of papaya, passionfruit, mango are ready to bang your buds. Get some before it’s gone! Hops: Galaxy, Kohatu, Citra, Mosaic Malts: Pale Ale, Carapils, Flaked Barley
