The newest version of our Surround Sound DIPA features the beautiful Azacca hop, known for its intense tropical fruit and citrus notes. We then use the complementary Amarillo and Comet hops which impart their own wild amount of bright citrus and dank, tropical fruit notes. We dose all of our Surround Sound DDH DIPAs at 20g/l of hops grown at Crosby Hops to impart an insane hop experience. Surround Sound is our flagship, rotating hop DIPA. The ever-rotating line up of hops allows us to use the freshest and most fun hops on the market. What’s constant is the generous dose of double dry-hopping, which makes for a super juicy hop-bomb IPA.? ?

This one is also called "Azacca, Amarillo & Comet" as it has these three hops. Pours a hazy golden colour with a warm bubbly-frothy head, decent retention and some foamy lacing. Big sweet and fruity pineapple nose at first. Then, some bitter grassy hops with spiciness come out. The bitterness does get stronger and stronger in the mouth. Dryer and dryer. Some fruitiness in the background, but most grassy hops. Juicy in the nose, and hopbomb in the mouth.
