Our first stout is a double and one we will have a lot of fun with over time as we'll be playing around with different coffees and adjuncts. This first batch includes coffee from our friends and neighbours Escarpment Coffee at @idrinkcoffeecanada, specifically their beautiful Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. We get earthy caramel and chocolate notes from it. Your toughest decision may be whether to enjoy it in a glass or a mug! Dangerously smooth at 8.5% ABV, available in 500mL bottles. Food pairings: Classic egg breakfasts and rich chocolate desserts including brownies, chocolate muffins and cake.
