Can that pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a big frothy white cap, long retention and some nice creamy-foamy wave lacing. Grassy, herbal hoppy nose with hints of citrus, mostly oranges. The taste is where the rye (seigle) shines, with it grainy spiciness. The hops are also better balanced in the mouth with this. A little piney, citrus and grassy. The mouthfeel is somewhat on the dry side. Nice to see a stronger APA with some rye spicy action. Very good first experience from this brewery.
