Bière allemande brassée traditionnellement dans la région de Cologne. Cette bière de type ale est par contre fermentée à basse température avec une levure typique, ce qui lui confère un caractère délicat. Sa légère amertume sèche et le malt Pilsner discret en font une bière rafraîchissante. Couleur dorée et cristalline.

500ml bottle that pours a fairly clean, light golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent retention leaving some spots of foamy lacing. Big cereal, grain aromas with hints of hops. Malty flavours with the graininess and some slightly stronger hops here. Makes the beer on the dry side. Not a bad Kölsch all-around.
