Our nice little table saison is an ode to spring. The first in our lower alcohol table beer series, Neighbourhood Saison has flavours of lemon and banana with a spritzy, dry finish. Featuring 100% Ontario grown malt from Barn Own Malt in Belleville, ON.

Pours a hazy golden colour with an orange hue. White cap, average retention and some good lacing spots. Orange and coriander is what I smell, so really feeling like a witbier, with its richness. Pretty much the same for the taste, just a tad lighter. Not a bad brew, but seems more like a witbier, than the citrus, grass and Belgian Ale yeast of a Saison.
