Our first ale is a very refreshing lighter version of a British IPA The ample malt backbone is fortified with biscuit and light caramel malt. Hopped generously for a bright balanced profile of herbal green tea, orange blossom, and tangerine peel. Unfiltered to let the hop profile shine. Low in alcohol but big in flavour.
