Cherry Training Wheels is soured with our lactobacillus blend to generate a tart lactic acidity, then hopped generously with North American hops to bring out the notes of lemon peel. Blended with fresh cherry juice and pouring a beautiful pink.

The beer pours a lightly hazed golden-pink with a few bubbles for a head. The head was gone within seconds. The aroma is tart cherry, vinegar, light funky yeast, and wet grass. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is tart fruit, grains, and more vinegar. Not sure if the beer is bad, or if this is how it is meant to taste.

First from this newer brewery with a can that pours a clean peach-red colour with a big frothy pink-white head, good retention and some nice foamy lacing. Very sour nose with some cherry notes. The taste shows the same with the lemon touch. The cherries are mild, but present, with some tartiness in the finish. Dry mouthfeel from the dry-hopped and a nice balance between the cherry and lemon notes.
