Witching Hour is our Belgian style Tripel that features a clean malt flavor and a spicy, dry character that is fragrant with bubble gum esters and belgian candi sugar aromas. The bubble gum, banana and pear fruity esters linger while finishing dry and warming with alcohol. No need for black magic in this beer!

Pours clear, bubbly topaz with a thick though short-lived ivory head. Aroma offers sharp, resiny hops plus butterscotch and zesty fruit. Flavor yields candi (woody + caramel - is that it?), pomme and citrus fruit, crisp malt, a bit of butterscotch. Texture provides good body and fizz. Bewitching!
