Chatham-Kent hometown hero Fergie Jenkins pitched in over 600 games and threw 3192 strikeouts in the majors. He’s a big deal, so we’re stoked to collaborate with him on this classic pilsner to raise funds for our community Children’s Treatment Centre. Brewed with a healthy dose of Saaz hops, Fergie’s Pilsner has a crisp delivery just like his slider hitting a catcher’s mitt.

Slightly hazy, light golden colour with a fizzy white, bubbly head, average stay and a few spot of bubble around the rim. At first pour, lots of yeast comes out, but then, the Saaz hops appear with the cereal malts. The taste has these two as well, a little stronger with some lightly sweet grain malts and the spicy hops. Kind of like a richer Euro Pilsner, but decent all-around.
