This rare blend was created using heavily fruited, barrel-aged wild ale with local Blueberries. We took a portion of the straight Blueberry wild ale, extended the aging in Biltmore House red wine barrels and added Hibiscus and a hint of Vanilla. Brewed for Appalachian Wild Ale Society members.

Pours translucent chocolate, thin buff head. Aroma features tart berry and tropical, fresh malt. Flavor gives tart berry, tropical and pomme plus raw malt. Texture provides fair body and lively fizz, and a tart berry finish. Get the blend.
