Pours slightly hazy topaz with a thick, though not lasting, eggshell head. Aroma yields malty and tropical fruit notes. Flavor features sweet tropical fruit with a touch or two of citrus, as well as a malty undertone and a hint of hops. Texture provides fair body and perky fizz. Is it me, or are gluten-free beers getting better?
