pours a straw gold with sparkling clarity, with thin head. Tons of bubbles. The aroma and taste of grain, grass, bread and biscuit. More biscuit than usual that makes it almost pilsner-esque. The mouthfeel is crisp, slightly creamy and effervescent and lighter side of medium bodied. Goes excellent with hot wings.
