2010 and 2011 New Mexico IPA Challenge winner. A classic West Coast style IPA with huge hop aroma, bursting with notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Its understated malt character finishes dry to let the layered hop flavors and aromas take center stage.

Pours clear topaz with a thick beige head. Aroma delivers resiny hops, zesty orange plus a little grapefruit, a little raw malt. Flavor features tangy orange, piney and somewhat bitter hops, zesty grapefruit, raw malt. Texture provides good body and perky fizz. Make an exodus to Canteen Brewhouse if you like.
