Taps opaque chocolate with a nice parchment head. Aroma supplies toasted malt and caramel. Flavor provides more of the above plus earthy notes. A bit of chocolate comes through on the back end. Texture delivers firm body and peppy fizz. Worth a visit to Amarillo.
