Muskoka Brewery's release of this farmhouse ale contributes to their community charities. The dry saison made with white wine must shows aromas and flavours of sauvignon blanc wine, apricots and white pepper. The sweet, malty body has notes of dry, crisp white wine that linger on the finish. Pair with pork schnitzel. Collaboration with Vancouver Island Brewing.

Big 750ml brown bottle that pours a golden colour with tiny bubbles found in sparkling wine. The frothy white cap leaves a few spots of lacing. Saison smell of oranges, yeast and mild grassiness. The taste shows the citrus notes of oranges mostly with some light grainy flavours and hints of hops in the finish. Hints of spices, apples all balanced with some pears. The Sauvignon Blanc must is not in your face here, so seems to blend things, making this a nice-and-easy fancy brew.
