Button Willow is a small IPA brewed with Pilsner malt, AZ grown and malted @sinaguamalt barley, AZ grown @grainrandd wheat and a real small amount of flaked oats. We used an equal blend of Mosaic & Nelson hops in the whirlpool as well as the dry hop. This being our first time canning this style of beer, we decided to up the dry hop by nearly double.
