Hydrolager is a dry hopped American light lager. Brewed with 100% Arizona grown grain—primarily @sinaguamalt 2-row barley and then a little bit of @grainrandd malted sonora white wheat. Hopped in the kettle with a combo of Saaz & Centennial to get a subtle but snappy bitterness. We then fermented extra cold with our house lager yeast before dry hopping with 1#/bbl of high quality centennial hops via @crosbyhops. We then dropped temp and allowed to lager until perfection. Dang it’s a nice one. Super zippy floral/lime/grapefruit aroma and drinks so easy you’ll forget that your pint glass was full just a second ago.
