Beer Description:
A nitrogen-charges beer brewed in collaboration with Brasserie Etienne Brule.
Brasserie Etienne Brule is an Ecocert-certified organic brewpub in the heart of Embrun, ON, offering beer and locally-sourced food

This beer has predominant notes of coffee, chocolate and some moderate sweetness. The super-cool thing about this beer is that it tastes like a stout, but it’s a blonde in colour, so it has unexpected rich flavour compared to what the colour would suggest. The stout glavours were achieved by brewing with cocoa nibs and coffee (and a bit of lactose) instead of very dark malts.
