Taps clear copper with a fair eggshell head. Aroma yields tart pomme and tropical fruit plus a little raw malt. Flavor delivers tart and sour tropical and pomme, raw malt and woody tones. Texture features fair body and jazzy fizz. Hi-ee-yah!
