Dark brown colour with copper highlights. Creamy warm beige, kind of light mocha-coloured head with good retention and a little thin foamy lacing. The smell is mostly chocolate malts with hints of dark fruits. These fruits show a little more in the taste over the chocolate notes and roasted malt base. Nothing too fancy, but nice to have a darker lager from a Macro. The Macro shows in those famous hops they use which seem on the fake side, after breathing a bit and the chocolate disappears a little.

The beer pours a translucent coca-cola colour with a generous light tan coloured head which lasts for a few minutes. The aroma is dominated by roasted malts and coffee. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is weak roasted malts and coffee with a weak bitter finish. This wasn’t a bad beer until the flavour score killed it!
