It’s our latest Woodlands Project release, “Belgian Rose” – a Belgian ale aged for three years with lactobacillus, pediococcus, brettanomyces bruxellensis, and brettanomyces claussenii in a blend of Cabernet and Merlot barrels. There are 1lb Georgia grown blackberries per gallon.

Pours clearish amber with a minimal head. Aroma offers tart fruit and malty and woody notes. Flavor delivers tart tropical and pomme fruit plus fresh malt and a funky hop hint. Texture provides firm body, lively fizz, and a woody finish. Rose to the occasion.
