Sometimes we like to get sassy and create variations on a theme. With SK2017 we divided the spiced stout with caramelized raisins into 3 (not entirely equal) parts, released the original in December, and decided to make two small batch variants with some extras. The silver label is Skeleton Key + toasted coconut.

Pours coffee sable with a fair golden-tan head. Aroma delivers roast malt, toasted coconut, chocolate and coffee tones. Flavor yields coconut, roast malt, chocolate, subtle coffee and molasses notes. Texture offers firm body and peppy fizz. Go coconuts!
