Pours coffee sable with a good tan head that leaves light lacing. Aroma provides roast malt, toasted coconut, woody, bourbon and chocolate notes, demanding a taste. Flavor yields toasted coconut, bourbon, roasted malt, woody, chocolate and subtle coffee tones, almost more stout than porter, very drinkable and enjoyable. Texture delivers firm, smooth body and peppy fizz. Put the coconut in the porter and drink with me in the morning.
