Named Extra Credit because our brewers wanted to add a special touch to a traditional ESB, which comes in the form of locally sourced sorghum. As expected from the style, the malt backbone is prominent, but not aggressively so. Expect a nice, biscuit finish with a touch of Southern sweetness that will leave you wanting more.
