Our collaboration with Finback Brewery, this double IPA is brewed with Pilsner malt, spelt grain, flaked wheat, oats, and many other grains. Hopped with Columbus for bittering and dry hopped with Enigma, Hallertau Blanc, and Mosaic, this suuuper hazy IPA is citrusy and piney with a hint of tropical fruit.

Taps opaque apricot with a thick eggshell head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma delivers piney hops, grapefruit, orange, mango, banana, and - must be the spelt. Or the wheat. Something different and pleasant. Flavor features piney hops, tangy grapefruit, tropical, malty, wheat, oaty and - spelt? - tones. Texture offers firm, smooth body and perky fizz. Suuuper!
