Taps clear topaz with a nice ivory head. Aroma gives boozy, citrus, malty and subtle evergreen notes. Flavor yields juniper, herbal, citrus and malty notes - makes me consider trying a French 75 just for fun. Texture features firm body and peppy fizz. Vive la France!
