Only Nerds Would Know is a Sour Hopfenweisse (or a Sour, Hoppy, Wheat Beer for you non-nerds) brewed in collaboration with our friends at Ellicottville Brewing Co. This tasty brew has a Wheated backbone, rounded out with a hint of banana and bubblegum. A touch of sour cuts the sweetness of the style, and a generous dryhopping with French Barbe Rouge hops provides a prominent strawberry brightness.

Enjoyed at Lupulus on my first visit. Cloudy yellow colour with a creamy white cap, decent stay and creamy lace. Freshly picked grass giving some bitterness. Quite herbal overall with hints of anise. The taste has mild sourness, but mostly citrus notes, and mild yeast blending things. Herbal hops shows up in the finish. Interesting beer with light sourness, yeast and lots of hops giving this a unique feel.
