Each year, we celebrate another year in the brewing business by rolling out our stock of barrels and blending different varieties of our oak-aged beers into a fine, one-time only blend for toasting with the valued craft enthusiasts who have helped us get this far. This year, we are releasing a blend composed of three beers previously unseen outside of our cellar: Rum Barrel-Aged Old Numbskull, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Porter, & Red Wine Barrel-Aged Quad.

Pours coffee brown with a nice golden buff head. Aroma features roast malt, woody, coffee, caramel, dark fruit and toffee tones. Flavor offers all of the above while tossing in a note of semi-sweet chocolate. Mouthfeel presents firm body and jazzy fizz. Bottoms up!
