October 2018. This saison with real cranberry and notes of peach citrus and spice is slightly hazy with a blush of pink. Dry with notes of spiced clove and white pepper, and a tart cranberry finish. Hazy amber colour with a red hue. The head is frothy, pinkish-white, with good retention and some creamy lacing. Saison-like aromas with the citrus hops, Belgian yeast and cranberry notes. This continues into the taste with some light tartiness from the fruits. Orange base notes between the malts and hops. Hints of sourness. A nice cranberry touch to a Saison that still feels light for the amount of alcohol. Another nice Moonlight Kettle Series beer.
