This American-style sour ale was soured with lactobacillus harvested from a local yogurt and then fermented with an English ale yeast. Finally, it was dosed with roughly a tenth of its weight in mango and pink guava puree. All of these elements combine to create an incredibly enjoyable and refreshing drinking experience.
