Pours opaque coffee brown that lets a peep of light through at the bottom. Head is tan, thick, and lasting. Aroma delivers roast malt, roast quality coffee, woody, and subtle bourbon tones. Rich flavor does not quite match the sumptuous aroma, but it succeeds in presenting roast malt, quality coffee and bourbon-soaked wood notes. Body seems a little thin for a stout, but fizz has life and sass. If uinta good stouts, bring home a bottle.
