Our IPA is an explosion of aromas from Cascade, Centennial and Mandarina hops. Think orange, grapefruit and pine turned up to eleven. Its fully charged, hoppy character is perfectly balanced by a sweetness from the Munich malt.

The beer pours a clear metallic gold with a 1” off-white creamy head which lasts a while. The aroma is citrus, grains, pine, and light yeast. Smells like an old west coast IPA. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is citrus, tea, and grains. The finish is mildly bitter, certainly not overly strong.

Can from LCBO. Pours a fairly large amount of frothy off-white head that sticks around for quite awhile. Has a clear golden light amber appearance. Big dirty lacing. Aromas of floral and herbal hops, some citrus and pine notes as well. Flavours are mainly citrusy, a little bit wheaty and floral with some mild spice and herbal notes in the finish. Not too bad.

Pours clear golden with a thick and rather persistent beige head. Aroma offers piney hops with hints of citrus and malt. Flavor definitely explodes with piney, bitter hops plus smoky and citrus notes and a little sweet malt. Texture produces fair body and perky fizz. Shoot your mouth off! :D

Can that pours a clean golden colour with a big frothy warm cap, very good retention and thick creamy-foamy lacing. Big hoppy nose with the grassy-leafy notes. Also, some citrus and pine hints. The mouthfeel is pretty dry, but with a nice crispiness. The taste shows the hops as well, with the grassiness, but a little milder. A well-balanced IPA that is quite pleasant to have a few in one night.
