To all our Collective Project Dry Hop Sour fans, we heard you. This brew is now part of our year-round lineup! After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Vic Secret from the Yakima Valley this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst quenching, melody!

The beer pours a cloudy light gold colour with a huge white generous head which slowly disappears to a fine film. The first aromas to hit me are those of grapefruit and oranges, then some cereal malt and yeast. The mouthfeel is thin bodied with below average carbonation. The first thing I taste is tart citrus, and an almost oniony flavour. Not a lot of grains in the flavour, just tart citrus. -

Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a fizzy white cap that remains for a little while, leaving some soapy lacing. At first, grapefruit juices are the aromas. Then, the sourness can be felt, with some decent grainy malts. The sour definitely comes out more in the flavours. The citrus notes are present, but no where near what the nose dictates. Nothing too crazy all-around, but a nice fruity and refreshing dry hop sour brew.
