Saison is a very complex style, traditionally fruity in the aroma and flavour. We cranked it up a notch with the addition of papaya. The result, earthy yeast tones, mild tartness and a tropical rush. This semi-dry, crisp brew is ideal for summer.

Part of their Seasonal Variety Pack. Pours a hazy golden colour with an amber hue, white foamy head, decent stay and some mild lacing. Very nice Saison aromas with the fresh hops blended with the Belgian Ale yeast. The papaya are quite mild in the mix. Even in the taste, very, very light. The rest though, a very nice Saison.

Pours a huge frothy white head that dissipates to a thin layer. Decent lacing. Has a hazy golden appearance. Aromas of tropical fruits, papaya, mango, hints of pineapple. Flavours are actually quite citrusy. Has some tropical fruit notes, some spices as well (cloves). Has a tarty finish on the palate. Somewhat of a drying mouthfeel. After a little while, seems like a metallic like taste, which is a little off putting. Overall, still not too bad.
