Our newest batch of Monogamy to join the popular single hop series is Mosaic! Hailing from the American west coast, this doozy of a hop is a descendent of Simcoe and said to be "like Citra on steroids". Pungently strong and full of earthy pine and tropical fruit flavour, this may just be our best Monogamy release yet! Surprising notes of blueberry mark the aftertaste of this enticing brew.

The beer pours an opaque pale gold colour with a thin white bubbly head that lasts. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, and sweet fuit notes (grapes and citrus). The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is citrus and grains with a light bitter finish.

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a bubbly-soapy white head with decent retention and some foamy lacing left. Citrus zest with some orange juices in the background. Notes of tropical fruits. The taste shows the juicy citrus with again, hints of tropical fruits. Not too dry of a mouthfeel. A nice, easy-juicy lemon-zesty IPA.

Bottle. Part of a series of Single Hop APAs. Colour - metallic gold, slight haze, frothy white head, laces all the way down. Aroma - tropical fruit, light cereal grains, weak pine notes, and yeast. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, very well carbonated, dances on the tongue. Flavour - citrus and tropical fruit notes mixed in with biscuity malts, and an herbal hop finish. A very good APA.

Picked up a bottle at the brewery. Pours a nice thick and frothy white head and has a fairly clear golden appearance. Has some pretty thick sticky lacing. Aromas of citrus and floral hops, tropical notes. Flavours are very much citrusy, piney, lots of sweet and tarty notes. Some floral hops and a bit of sourness but very faint. Great retention and lively carbonation. Good stuff!
