Pours a beautiful, somewhat hazy golden with a fairy thick and fine-bubbled cream-eggshell head. Crisp, malty aroma has an overtone of pear and apple. Flavor is fruity and malty, almost like a high-quality lager mixed with pear and apple ciders - very refreshing and delightful. Texture is crisp and firm, fairly fizzy, clean and pleasing. Peace, war, truth, lie; water, malt, hops, yeast, LOVE.
