Named for the May 1st Gaelic festival of bonfires, we just happened to brew this beer on the day. Amber/copper colored, this ale exhibits light toffee & caramel malt flavors, with just enough hops to balance. The Irish ale yeast used to ferment this batch lends a fruity/eatery aroma accompanied by a toasty-dry finish, snick makes this brew very quaffable & full-flavored. Sla’inte!

Comes out of the tap a nice clear mahogany with a decent light buff head. Malty aroma has fruity and subtle cinnamon notes. Flavor has a a malty core with notes of apple, cherry, cinnamon and horehound. Mouthfeel is fizzy and firm, smooth yet lively, quite pleasing. Get your Irish on!
